Who represents you
A graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana, Andrew has practiced labor law since 2001. He has represented companies like Comex, Peñafiel, Grupo MARS, and Afore Banorte, and won landmark cases for Aeromexico and Aeromexpress. In sports, he advises Liga MX, Liga de Ascenso, and USL clubs in the United States, and has successfully defended teams before the FMF, FIFA, and CAS.
Trained in sports law at the Johan Cruyff Institute, ITAM, and Universidad Europea (Real Madrid). He also provides pro bono labor counsel to the Santa Fe community through Universidad Iberoamericana.
The team behind the case
A graduate of UNAM specialized in labor inspections, Marilyn leads the firm's response to labor authority audits and inspections. Her work keeps an inspection from becoming a crisis: she prepares the company before the authority knocks.
With more than 12 years in corporate labor consulting, Alejandra works directly with clients day to day: contracts, internal policies, joint commissions, and the paperwork nobody wants to deal with, like REPSE filings and INM employer records. Her strength is prevention, before a problem escalates to court.
With more than 24 years in labor, corporate, and financial law, Karla has litigated for institutions like Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal, Banorte, Citi Banamex, MetLife Mexico, and Nestlé, including managing mass litigation with up to 3,000 lawsuits nationwide. She is also a professor at the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial and at La Salle and ULA universities.
A lawyer and FIFA agent, Laura focuses her practice on sports law: negotiating and drafting contracts, representation agreements, transfers, and commercial deals for athletes, agents, and clubs. Her background in corporate law gives her an uncommon edge: strategic negotiation and risk prevention applied to the world of sports.
With 19 years of experience in Human Capital across national and international companies, Hilda has led leadership development, change management, and organizational culture at companies like Swarovski and Clarins.
